Terms of Service

  1. Flower colors may vary based on availability.
  2. Images are for illustration purposes only; actual cakes may vary slightly in color and design since all cakes are handmade.
  3. To postpone or redeem your cake, please contact us via WhatsApp at +6017 3300 251 at least 3 days in advance.
  4. All purchases are non-refundable.
  5. The earliest delivery or pickup time is 3 PM.
  6. Additional charges will apply for any upgrades or changes to the cakes purchased.
  7. Cakes require a minimum of 2 days to be prepared from the time of order to delivery or pickup.
  8. If you message us on WhatsApp, please allow a turnaround time of 8-12 hours for a response from our team.
  9. Our WhatsApp responses are available only from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  10. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
